SALES EXECUTIVE (3 vacancies)

We are looking for committed and career oriented individuals to apply for a challenging and rewarding career for the position of Sales Executives. We offer an attractive performance-based salary package. Training and skills development will also be provided. Sales Executive will report to the BMP Manager on a day to day basis.

Principle tasks

The post holder is required to undertake the following tasks:

  1. To build and maintain excellent relationships with local businesses.
  2. To generate sales and meet the sales target through advertising and programme sponsorship.
  3. To maintain a portfolio of advertisers and sponsors for Radio24.
  4. To assist in the development of other business opportunities Radio24 such as promotions, merchandising and commercial partnerships.
  5. To work with our creative & research team to ensure advertisements and sponsorship announcements/promo/ads match client needs and expectations.
  6. To undertake such other tasks as may be reasonably required.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizens aged 25-30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies or Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • amiable and pleasant personality
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • an interest in media and broadcasting
  • experience of dealing with diverse businesses
  • word processing, computer and office skills
  • ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds
  • willing and strong initiative to uphold the aims and objectives of Radio24
  • ability to set up and maintain clear filing systems and records
  • motivated and able to work under own initiative
  • commitment to and understanding of equal opportunities
  • possesses own transport

 Desirable skills and experience

  • previous experience in media sales
  • proven and effective sales performance
  • ability to converse in Chinese dialects or in other languages would be an
